On September 20, 2016, at 1725 UTC, a Fairchild Swearingen Corporation SA-227-AC Metroliner, German registration D-CPSW, owned and operated by BINAIR Aero, sustained minor damage when the airplane veered off the runway while landing at the Cologne/Bonn Airport, Cologne, Germany. The commercial pilot-in-command, and commercial co-pilot were not injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed for the cross country cargo flight that originated at Shopje, Macedonia.
