On February 24, 2017, at 0738 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 162, AP-ZBQ, collided with terrain shortly after takeoff from Faisalabad, Pakistan. The airplane was operated by M/S. Shaheen Air Flying Training School LTD., as an instructional flight under the pertinent civil regulations of Pakistan. Both occupants on board were fatally injured. The airplane was substantially damaged.
