The Air Accident Investigation Unit of Belgium has notified the NTSB of a serious incident involving an Airbus A330-223 that occurred on December 11, 2018. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Air Accident Investigation Unit under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the engine.
